Greetings Sisters and Friends! My name is Phara Rene, and I am honored to serve as your National Secretary and Assistant Director of Community Outreach & Impact Services for Alpha Zeta Sigma Nu Incorporated. Within our sisterhood, I am known as "Silent Strength"—a name that reflects my commitment to leading with purpose and poise. Professionally, I work as a Court Assistant for NYS Courts, dedication that extends into my personal life as a devoted wife, mother of two, and proud matriarch to my bonus children and grandchildren. I love helping others whenever I can and doing things that leave a positive footprint on our community. When I am not working or serving, you can find me cherishing time with my family, getting lost in a good book, shopping, or relaxing to my favorite music. I am proud to amplify our sisterhood's collective impact every single day!

Serving as the Director of Communications is a responsibility I carry with deep pride and sincere gratitude. I view this role as more than an administrative position—it is a meaningful opportunity to shape how our sisterhood is represented, both within our organization and to the broader community. Through intentional and thoughtful communication, I strive to ensure that every message reflects clarity, unity, and the values that define who we are.

My primary goal is to foster an environment where every member feels respected, valued, and genuinely seen. I am committed to ensuring that our communications reflect not only our accomplishments, but also the depth, character, and dedication of the women behind them. Alpha Zeta Sigma Nu represents a diverse group of women striving to leave both the world and one another better than they found them, and I am honored to help share that story with authenticity and care. Through this work, I hope to encourage reflection, personal growth, and a strengthened sense of connection among all members.

Grounded in my faith, I strive to lead with humility, integrity, honesty, and kindness in all that I do. As Dean of Pledges for Alpha Zeta Sigma Nu Sorority Incorporated, it is both an honor and a responsibility to help guide future women through a journey rooted in sisterhood, service, solidarity, and success. I believe pledging should be an experience that not only strengthens women individually, but also creates lasting bonds built on love, respect, encouragement, and unity.

Alpha Zeta Sigma Nu represents purpose, empowerment, and genuine connection. My hope is that every future pledge feels seen, valued, supported, and inspired throughout their journey.
